Melvin Fleming Jr., has been preaching and teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ for more than 26 years. As a child growing up at the Faith Tabernacle United Holy Church in Freehold, New Jersey for 17 years under the leadership of the late Rev., Mother Nora Spivey. God began to develop him in ministry. Leaving Freehold Pastor Fleming served as an Associate Minister of the New Bethel Holy Church, under the leadership of his father the late Bishop Melvin H. Fleming, Sr. for over 20 years and was a short-time member of the Nothing But The Word Deliverance Ministry for 3 years under Rev., Dr. Patricia A. Phillips in Florence, New Jersey. Elder Fleming served faithfully on numerous boards such as a Sunday School Teacher, President of The Youth Department, Director of the Outreach Ministry, President of the Choir and Church Musician, where he served for 12 years. Elder Fleming has traveled from city to city and other states, preaching and ministering to literally thousands of souls the message of salvation, hope and healing. He travels widely in New Jersey conducting yearly revival meetings. The Lord has anointed his ministry to proclaim healing to the hurting and restoration to the given up.
Pastor Fleming believes that preachers must do more then preach in a church, but they must get involve in the community. Pastor Fleming has fulfilled numerous appointments preaching in: Tent Meetings, Youth Revivals, Hotels, Public School Seminars of Dating, Trenton State Prison, Parks, Banquets, Television and on Street Corners in Brooklyn, New York, Perth Amboy, and Plainfield, New Jersey. Pastor Fleming is the founder of the Brothers Keepers Youth Program, Inc., a non-profit organization that provides mentoring and educational services to at-risk children in Trenton, Ewing and Burlington, New Jersey. Pastor Fleming meets regularly with various city officials discussing new programs that would benefit youth in the Trenton community. The Mayor Douglas Palmer of Trenton has praised the success of his various programs and is a supporter of his vision. In 1998 Elder Fleming graduated from the Community Foundation of New Jersey at Governor Whitman's residence in Princeton, New Jersey and was invited back in 1999. Pastor Fleming was the host the Word of Truth Ministries which aired for five years on 1300 AM WIMG. He was also the host of the Restoration & Power Ministries which aired for one year on WTTM 520 AM and WIFI 920 AM and the host of the Greater His He Deliverance Radio Broadcast 1300 am.

· Graduated Deliverance Bible Institute, Newark, New Jersey in 1989 with a Diploma in General Theology, General Bible I & II, Personal Work, Personal Divine Life, Christian Worker, Typology, Homiletics, Systematic Theology, Predictive Prophecy.
· Graduated Princeton Deliverance Bible School, Trenton, New Jersey in 1989, with a Diploma in Evangelism, Plan of Salvation and Study of Supernatural Ministry.
· Received Certificate from the United Christian Institute, Trenton, New Jersey for completion of Teacher's Training I & II course in 2001 & 2002.
INFORMAL TRAINING:
· Extensive private study related to weekly expository messages on a weekly radio program for 5 years.
· Received Certifcate from the Division of Family Services in the completion of Parents as Tendet Healer in 2001.
· Received Certifcate from the Community Foundation for completion of a Neighborhood Leadership Initiative program in 1998.

for recognition, outstanding and exceptional service to the church.
